VetXANONE sutures are made from a synthetic polymer called poly (p-dioxanone), which is biocompatible and biodegradable. The absorption mechanism is by progressive slow hydrolytic action, providing extended wound support for up to six weeks. Strong and flexible this suture material has an excellent plastic deformation and visibility in the surgical field.
